Wine needs  time to mature after bottling.

While many of our wine kits require 90 days to develop full flavor in the bottle, others require 120 and 150 days to mature the flavor.

Come in and get your wine started to be certain it will be ready to drink when you present your gifts at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
